At Nourcasa, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process:

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (UAE): Delivered within 2-4 business days.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to monitor your package's journey through our courier partner's website.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery across the UAE. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to avoid any inconvenience.

5. Delivery Address

Please double-check your delivery address and contact number before finalizing your order. Nourcasa is not responsible for deliveries sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Damages & Issues

Nourcasa is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately at info@nourcasa.com with photos of the packaging and the damaged item so we can arrange a replacement for you.
